Return Instruction
You can apply for a refund in the following situations.
- The received product does not match the quality control pictures.
- The product has obvious functional faults or patent defect upon receipt.
- If you are not satisfied or do not like the product after receiving it (please ensure that the product has not been used and is in good condition)
If you need to return the package, please contact us within 3 days after the package is singed for. You need to provide prodcut photos and videos of functional issues as reference.
To ensure smooth returns, please try to keep the protector of the watch intact and avoid wearing it. If you decide to return the package, please contact with us first.
